    The linseed oil paint Rosenkrantz Grey is immediately ready to paint. Our Rosenkrantz Grey is a dark and harmonious colour.

    Rosenkrantz Grey is a dark and very elegant shade of grey. It was made for the Rosenholm Castle in Denmark, which is why the colour is named after it. Rosenkrantz Grey is a warm shade of grey, which gives a pleasant look. In Germany it is often used for timbered houses. Rosenkrantz Grey has good opacity and is lightfast.

    tips for painting with linseed oil paint

    You can choose whether you want the colour with or without a drying accelerator. The siccative additive accelerates the drying process by about one day. 

    We recommend priming with our cold-pressed linseed oil to saturate the wood.

    Risk of spontaneous combustion! Rags/paper soaked in linseed oil can easily catch fire. Store rags and papers soaked in linseed oil in an airtight metal container or immerse them in water.
