  • Linseed Oil Paste Raw Sienna

The colour paste allows you to mix your own linseed oil paint. To create a linseed oil paint you should mix the colour paste with boiled linseed oil.

Raw Sienna is a natural earth colour, a warm, yellow-redish, almost brown colour. Linseed oil paints made from earth pigments have the property that they never harden completely and always remain elastic. Especially at high temperatures caused by solar radiation, the paint can more easily follow the strong movements of the wood. The high proportion of clay mineral causes semi transparency. As a product of natural pigment, the paint has natural UV protection and is lightfast.
