The linseed oil paint Old White is immediately ready to paint. Our Old White is a cooler, more greyish white than our Antique white.
Our Old white is a cooler, more muted shade of white. It is a little more reserved than our pure white. In comparison to our antique white, the colour is cooler, more gray. Old white consists of a mixture of titanium and zinc white in a ratio of 80% to 20%. The color has very good opacity and is lightfast.
You can choose whether you want the colour with or without a drying accelerator. The siccative additive accelerates the drying process by about one day.
We recommend priming with our cold-pressed linseed oil to saturate the wood.
If you are still undecided, you can order our colour samples.
(Please note: samples are without Desiccants)
Risk of spontaneous combustion! Rags/paper soaked in linseed oil can easily catch fire. Store rags and papers soaked in linseed oil in an airtight metal container or immerse them in water.
Due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders, processing is currently delayed by a few days. We are doing our utmost to ship your order as quickly as possible and sincerely thank you for your patience.
