The linseed oil paint Graphite Grey is immediately ready to paint. Our graphite grey has a metallic appearance, comparable to the colour of a pencil lead.
This anti-rust paint has been used since the 19th century. Natural graphite is first ground, cut out and then cleaned. It belongs to the group of carbons, but has a crystalline structure. Graphite is particularly suitable for iron fittings, grilles / gates and wrought-iron decorative elements. If you want a darker, but metallic hue, our black graphite is recommended.
The colour is lightfast and has a good opacity. Graphite grey is suitable especially for iron work, metal doors and iron decoration. If you look for a darker metallic colour tone, than we recommend you our graphit black.

You can choose whether you want the colour with or without a drying accelerator. The siccative additive accelerates the drying process by about one day.
We recommend priming with our cold-pressed linseed oil to saturate the wood.
If you are still undecided, you can order our colour samples.
(Please note: samples are without Desiccants)
